Return & Refund Policy

  1. Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at DIRRAN ORGANIC. In the event that your purchases are not up to your satisfaction, we are pleased to be of your assistance.

      To be eligible for refund, kindly see the following:

  • You have 7 calendar days (for Malaysia) and 30 calendar days (for other country) to return your purchase from the date you received them.
  • The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your product must be in the original packaging.
  • We will replace your item with a new or similar valued item that is available.
  • The product is damaged upon receiving them.
  • The product is not as per order. (E.g. Wrong size/colour/volume delivered)

Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you send out the product for claiming warranty.

Failure to email us may result in delaying of the processing of your warranty claim. 

 

  1. Refund Procedures

Please contact DIRRAN ORGANIC at +603-8011 4055 or email to [email protected] if you would like to request for a full refund. Please include the following details in the email:

  • Order No
  • Payment Slip
  • Product to Return or Exchange
  • Reason for Return or Exchange

 

  1. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent a wrong/defective product to you.

 

  1. Warranty Policy

We are ready to assist you if your product is faulty within the warranty period.
We provide warranties for the following products:

  • Skincare Product: 1 month’s warranty
  • Makeup: 1 month’s warranty
  • Laundry detergents: 1 month’s warranty

     Warranty is not covered should they fall under the following conditions:

  • Defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment/product with which it is not intended to be used.
  • Dirran Organic warranty doesn't cover any damage or malfunction that may be caused by the use of other products besides Dirran Organic brand. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages.
  • Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. Dirran Organic does not warrant or provide service or support for any third-party products.

 

Please note that we would be a chargeable service fee up to RM 300.00 with the shipping cost should the product is found as "No Fault Found" for any warranty claim.

 

  1. Warranty Claim Procedures

Please contact us at +603-8011 4055 or email us at [email protected] if the product(s) is still under warranty. Please include the following details in the email:

  • Order No
  • Payment Slip
  • Faulty Issue
  • Return Address, Your name & contact number

Upon receiving the above request, we will contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you have sent out the product for a warranty claim.

Failure to email us may result in delaying the processing of the warranty claim. We will advise you with further instructions once we confirm the item is faulty due to non-artificial damage.

 

  1.  Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the faulty item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send the faulty item(s) to the following this address:

  1. Exchange and Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are only accepted based on the following conditions;

  • As a policy, items purchased or delivered on board (and packaging opened) cannot be refunded or exchanged in any flight.
  • All defective items must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused and in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt via registered post within 7 days (for Malaysia) and 21 days (other country) of product arrival to Sales & Marketing Department, SWB MY Sdn Bhd, No.10, Jalan Industri USJ 1/6, Taman Perindustrian USj1, 47600, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
  • Refund does not cover reimbursement for any postal, shipping or handling costs borne by you to return the item to us.
  • Refunds or exchange of product will be issued subject to our evaluation of the returned items. We will not accept items that have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, accidents or alterations.
  • No refund/exchange will be given on discounted/clearance merchandise. 
  • Dirran Organic reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

 

  1. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order for a refund if you have placed the order within 24 hours. The refund will be credited to the same credit/debit card facility, and currency transacted.

    To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your order before order confirmation in writing.    We will also absorb all the transactional, commission fees and charges.

In the event whereby the customs declaration and import are not successful, you would also be refunded in full.

No cancellations or refunds after the order has been confirmed or ship out by our merchants.
